Members can search the basic personal information through the following ways:

3)Hotline:Members can dial 400-6868-000 to serch their personal information.

Modify the membership information

Members can modify their contact informations by log on to【www.fxhotels.com】or at our front desk.

Membership cards are not refundable or transferable. And our members can't change their names. For example: change the name "Zhang San" to "Li Si".

b.Points information

By online reservation, recommendation or staying at any hotel managed, operated, franchised by FX Hotels Group, FX members can receive points through various ways. And those points are valid for two years from date of issuance.Those points can be exchanged for various kinds of gifts.

c.Cards information

The four basic informations (Name, valid ID, Phone number, Email address) are deemed to be one account. All of the membership cards share one account's informations.
